FAQs

  • Tours typically last around 2 hours, varying based on the tour type and the running ability of the group members. Occasionally, tours may extend slightly if we need to walk a bit or spend more time at specific stops for photos. Each tour concludes at a location where we will stretch, and you can enjoy a drink or snack. You're welcome to stay a while longer or head off and continue with your day whenever you're ready!

  • For the 6km/8km runs, they are tailored for beginner/recreational runners, as we will maintain a relaxed pace. If you are athletic, play sports, or exercise regularly and can comfortably run 3km, you should be able to join the 6km/8km tours.

For the 10km runs, you should be an experienced runner or a recreational runner in excellent physical condition. If you have taken part in 10km runs or half marathons, these tours should be manageable for you.

  • I am happy to lead a running tour with one to six participants. For larger groups, please get in touch, and we can arrange separate groups based on skill levels. We can also provide an additional running guide and customize the day and time to suit your needs.

  • Running tours are $30 per person. I will also send you a link to the Run Happy City Guide after the tour, with my top recommendations and favorite places in Barcelona.

  • My tours usually begin at 8:30 am in the morning, but I am flexible with the start time. Morning runs are preferred due to less traffic, fewer people, and better lighting for photos. Additionally, starting your day with a run is an excellent way to kick off your day!

  • I am not a certified personal trainer or medical professional. I am simply someone who enjoys running and exploring the city with others. When you run with me, you do so at your own risk and will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging that I am not liable for any accidents or injuries. Rest assured, I will make every effort to ensure your safety and happiness!
